Africa is faced at the abandon of our mother tongue, we can see that plenty people inside and abroad Africa does not know how to speach their mother tongue. Most of the time, we master too much our official language, then we forgot our mother tongue, thus people from different area of a country does not discuss a lot in their mother tongue.

Similarly, in a bilingual country, most people just know how to speak their official language (French, English, Spanish), and leave the other official language of the country. this situation can sometimes produce divisions within the country. so it is very important to to learn to speak the other official language of a country to be able to understand everyone.
